Richard W. Parker

Richard W. Parker is a Professor of Law and the Policy Director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Law at the University of Connecticut School of Law. An expert on administrative law and transnational governance, he is advising the European Commission on legal and policy issues surrounding the negotiation of the Regulatory Cooperation chapter of TTIP.
