Throughout the year, The Regulatory Review does a deeper dive into key regulatory debates and developments by publishing multi-part series of essays, which are grouped around individual topics or key regulatory developments and feature the ideas of leading regulatory scholars and practitioners. The Review is pleased to highlight all nine of its series published in 2025. These series are arranged below in chronological order.

At its 82nd plenary session, ACUS adopted recommendations related to nonlawyer representation, AI tools, and public participation in rulemaking. The Regulatory Review invited the experts who participated in developing these recommendations to share their insights.
